Senior Legal Counsel
Egypt Ventures is looking for an experienced senior legal counsel with strong legal skills who is looking to develop their in-house experience, working with early stage and growth businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating all business contracts, provide counselling on a wide range of legal, corporate governance and compliance issues. Candidates should have at least 7-10 years of legal experience. Deep experience and understanding of the Venture Capital & Startup ecosystem is preferred.
